There...is...an...edit...button..........

Anywayz, you kneel in front of the statue of Grenth or Balthazar and pay them 1k to get into underworld/fissure of woe.

Temple of ages is located west of bergen hotspring and north of fisherman's havan. Pay voice of grenth to get to underworld... and champion of balthazar to fissure of woe.

You can get to HoH by luck or by skills after winning in many rounds of PvP battle in tomb of primeval king.

ok so to get to the HoH you have to fight PvP? is this the PvP of when you make a new chachter? Just in game PvP? and is this also the only way to get a guild hall? to go to the HoH?

OK this thread has gotten confusing with its half english and mutliple posts ..

Hall of heroes you can only get to via the Tomb of kings and pvping thru several matches.

Two ways to get to the tomb of kings, at create character do an insta lvl 20 toon or play RP side and ascend then follow as loosely said above.

Think of the Hall of Heroes as the goal to get to thru pvping in the tomb.

And yes this is the only way to get a sigil - unless buy one of player of course - which in turn will let you get guild hall and do guild vs guild pvp. and the ladder point system.

So to recap - Hall of Heroes is the prize for winning pvp matches in the Tomb of kings. Which in turn grants u a sigil for a guild hall.
To get to tomb of kings - create a pure pvp toon, or a RP side and ascend at lvl 20.

Making more sense now?

There is the posibility of getting a Sigil from a Sigil trader. In Lions Arch, if you get on the boat, and say you are interested in a Guild Hall, you can choose a hall, and visit the sigil trader in the hall....this is assuming you have the gold to buy one which is rather steep currently.

Cool

Sigh...listen! You get to Temple of the Ages by doing missions or simply exploring the regions near there (i.e. Bergen Hot Springs)...Temple of the Ages is in the Black Curtain area.

You will ascend in the desert by doing 3 different missions, all ascension-specific and then you will fight a mirror of yourself ONLY after you have completed the aforementioned missions. Once you beat your mirror-image you will be transported to Dragon's Lair where you can begin a mission (like any other mission you have done in-game) or you can go to the Tomb of Primeval Kings where you fight in pvp against Europe and Korea. I have only won once, so I haven't gotten to HoH yet.

I hope this clears everything up.

P.S. Even though you ascend, you still have access to all other areas of the map and, yes, you can continue to go to Temple to get to Underworld/Fissure. These are the places where you find the rare drops.

Good luck.

Don't take the sacred cow joke seriously...

Quickest way to temple of ages is go west from bergen hotspring... easiest would be going from fisherman's havan... I suggest you find a map for GW and look at it yourself. Surf some site.

Sorry for casting resurrect on this thread but my question is related to the Fissures of Woe and the Underworld. Now after reading this, I know where to go to enter these areas, but what exactly are they? Are they some form of elite PvE? Also do you need to pay 1 plat EACH time you wish to get into the FoW or the Underworld from the ToA or a one-time fee?

Fissure of Woe and Underworld are two very large PvE areas. You'll need 8 lvl20s with the best armor in the game, in order to do well, at least your first time around. When your region (America, Europe, Korea) has the favor of the gods (obtained by having your region win in the hall of heroes, which is sort of like the final round of an ongoing PvP tournament at the Tomb of Primeval Kings), you may /kneel at the statues of Grenth and Balthazar. A spirit will pop out. If you pay the spirit 1000 gold (you have to pay each time), your party will be teleported to the Underworld (Grenth) or the Fissure of Woe (Balthazar). They both have several quests that can be redone and give a LOT of experience (the first 3 in the Fissure of Woe will collectively give you 25000xp). In addition, the Fissure of Woe has an armor crafter that, for 15k and lots of very rare crafting materials, can create armor that has identical stats to Droknar's Forge armor, but looks different.
